Our Team
Alicia
Owner and Professional pet stylist with over 25 years experience. Alicia has done it all. From dog shows, to competition grooming. She brings hand scissoring, hand stripping and breed standard clips to the shop. She has been one of the most well loved pet groomers in Charlottetown for over 10 years.
Jenny
Professional Pet Stylist over 14 years of experience. She has been a Salon lead, as well as an instructor for a popular pet store Academy. She brings scissor clips, longer clips and a ton of dog knowledge to the salon. Jenny is only available on Mondays, and is no longer taking new clients.
Ashlee
Ashlee is from a multi Generational dog and horse family. She has been using her grooming skills for close to 10 years. Spending her childhood from birth in the dog show circut with her mother who was a professional handler. Ashlee has experience with some of the more difficult to manage breeds.
William
William began his love for dogs at a very young age, participating in junior Handling as early as 5 years old. He has had a lifetime of dog experience and in 2024 decided he wanted to make more of this love and decided to start his dog grooming journey. Starting as an apprentice bather, he worked through his course with hands on experience at Shear Pawfection, and in 2026 he officially became certified in dog grooming. Now he keeps working to master his art. He prefers to work with the large dogs.
Meghan
Apprentice Stylist. Meghan came to us in mid 2025 as a new grooming student. We have all taken her under our wings and she is flourishing into a wonderful bather. She continues to work on her craft working her way towards being a full time pet stylist.
